Fees
Our fees for our services will be agreed with you in advance and set out in our engagement letter. We may charge you additional fees if we are required to carry out work that falls outside the scope of our engagement.
Payment Terms
Our fees are payable within 30 days of the date of our invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

These terms of business are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
